Ingredients
- 1 Pound Thinly Sliced Steak Strips or Hamburger
- 1 Cup Sour Cream or Vegan Sour Cream
- 1 Clove Garlic or 1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 2/3 Cup Vivian’s Live Again Creamy Mushroom Soup Mix
- 1 Onion, Diced
- 2 Cups Water
- 1/2 Tsp. Paprika
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the meat with the onions and garlic.
- Whisk the soup and water together and add to the meat mixture.
- OPTIONAL: Use the liquid from one small can of mushrooms as part of the water for the soup.
- Bring to a boil and add spices, Worcestershire sauce, sour cream and salt.
- Heat through and simmer. Serve over rice, noodles, zoodles, or quinoa.
- Add the mushrooms at the end with the spices.
