Gluten Free Graham Crackers

Combine and mix until dough comes together

1-1/2 cups 9 Grain GF flour mix

1/4 cup brown sugar

1-1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup melted butter

3 Tbsp water

3 Tbsp honey or molasses

1 tsp vanilla

Place dough between 2 parchment paper on a large baking sheet, roll to edges of pan, score with pizza cutter into desired rectangles, prick with a fork into desired pattern

Bake at 325 for 15-17 min or until edges are brown

Cut crackers with a sharp knife, cool on rack

Version 2

Substitute: 1/4 cup brown sugar for 1/2 cup

Substitute: 3 Tbsp frozen apple juice for water

Sugar free version

Substitute: 1/2 cup frozen apple juice for sugar and water

Substitute: 2 tsp vanilla for 1 tsp vanilla

Comment: This is a very forgiving recipe.  You can make all kinds of changes and it still tastes great!
