Makes one delicious loaf of Ancient Grains Sandwich Bread.

Ingredients
- 1 Package Vivian’s Ancient Grain Muffin Mix
- 2 1/2 TSP Dry Active Yeast (or 1 yeast packet)
- 1 1/2 Cup Water or Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 2 TBS Oil
Instructions
- Combine muffin mix and yeast in a bowl or mixer.
- Add wet ingredients and whip for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in in greased 8 1/2″ x 4 1/2 inch loaf pan and allow to rise 1/2 inch. DO NOT ALLOW BATTER TO RISE TO THE TOP OF THE LOAF PAN.
- Bake in preheated oven for 55-60 minutes. Internal temperature should be between 202-205 degrees. Let cool in pan. Remove and slice.
