Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked quinoa
- 1 cup VLA Alfredo Sauce Mix
- 1-2 Tbs Basil fresh or dried
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 cup pepperoni chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 cup olives sliced
- 3 Green Onions diced
- 2 cups Water
- 1/8 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Mix water and Alfredo Sauce mix and bring to a boil in the microwave, set aside.
- Meanwhile, mix together the remaining ingredients. Add the Alfredo sauce and stir well.
- Chill salad for 2-4 hours before serving.
